<li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote College Park Academy's programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website.</li>
<li>Manage public relations efforts to enhance the academy's visibility and reputation within the community.</li>
<li>Collaborate with faculty and administration to align marketing efforts with academic goals and community outreach.</li>
<li>Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and outreach effectiveness.</li>
<li>Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.</li>
<li>Organize and promote events that foster community engagement and showcase student achievements.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an educational setting.</li>
<li>Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing communications.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with a passion for education and community engagement.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
