Company Profile: Crayons Academy for Skills Excellence (CASE) is a Study Abroad Consultant specialising in College Sports Admission and Academic Admissions for students who seek admission to universities in the USA, the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and India. We also specialise in postgraduate admissions into universities around the world.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven College Admission Consultant who is passionate about student counselling, academic mentoring, and helping students achieve their higher education goals globally. The role requires strong communication skills, counselling expertise, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents for academic and sports admissions (Abroad).
- Guide students on college selection, courses, entrance exams (SAT, CUET, AP, etc.), and career pathways.
- Manage end-to-end admission processes, including application submissions (Common App, UCAS, and university portals).
- Follow up on leads, maintain databases, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Mentor students to improve academic performance and align with admission goals.
- Coordinate and support online/offline test preparation programs.
- Stay updated with global admission trends, requirements, and financial aid opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to business growth through innovative strategies and digital outreach initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of study abroad processes and higher education systems.
- Familiarity with Ed-Tech platforms and entrance exams (SAT, CUET, AP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, objection-handling, and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Active on social media and open to digital marketing initiatives.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
