Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist (B2B Collections) located in Gurugram. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding invoices, contacting clients to secure timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, analysis of account statuses, and proactive resolution of payment-related issues to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of Finance principles and processes related to collections
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in B2B collections or a related financial role is a plus
