Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections / Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Collections, Customer Service, or Sales Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily follow-ups on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Contact clients via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
- Manage accounts and maintain accurate records of communication and payment updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support smooth payment processing.
- Provide regular updates and reports related to collections and payment status.
- Handle clients across the EMEA region including India, Australia, and the UK.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior-level clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Collections, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across countries and cultures.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management abilities.
