The Role (In 3 Lines)
You’ll sit between our AI platform and real customers – analyzing collection data, spotting what works (and what doesn’t), and feeding insights back to our product & engineering teams.
This is not a typical collections job. You’ll help shape how AI talks to people.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Run digital-first collections via our AI platform (empathetic, compliant)
- Spot patterns in customer behavior & AI output – then suggest fixes
- Translate real user struggles into clear requests for engineers
- Monitor recovery metrics and recommend strategy tweaks
- Champion “tech with empathy” in every interaction
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1+ years in collections / accounts receivable (strongly preferred)
- OR is confident they can learn fast – even without a collections background (we encourage you to apply if you’re sharp, analytical, and motivated)
- Can write clearly, think in data, and adapt quickly
- Has basic tech comfort (Excel, CRM, dashboards – SQL is a bonus, not required)
- Is ready to work US business hours (night shift in India)
No specific degree required. We care about what you can do, not your certificate.
