Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Collections Manager based in New Delhi. The Collections Manager will oversee a team handling debt recovery processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The role involves setting collection targets, monitoring team performance, liaising with clients, optimizing collection strategies, and compiling performance reports. The Manager will also communicate with clients and debtors, analyze collection trends, and resolve payment disputes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in strategy development, target-setting, and performance oversight
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation with clients and debtors
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and relevant compliance requirements
- Expertise in data analysis and report preparation to monitor performance metrics
- Experience working with advanced calling systems and technology tools for collections
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications in debt recovery or financial management are a plus
