Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in New Delhi. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for a Tele-calling Collections role. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, following up on pending payments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely collections.
key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections.
- Follow up on overdue accounts professionally.
- Explain payment options and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain daily call records and collection reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer accounts.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer conversations politely and professionally.
