We are looking for a suitable Collections profile candidate well versed in Collections of delinquent customers within various buckets : 1-30 , 30-60 and 60-90 precisely in Secured Lending (Loan Against Property) - Micro LAP .
Locations :
Gurugram
Faridabad
The candidate should be a local candidate and has good knowledge of Haryana geography and experience in Collections only and only Secured Lending .
Responsibilities
* Maintain track of Payments received from Delinquent customers
* Proper follow-up from Delinquent customers as per buckets 1-30 , 30-60 and 60-90 etc
* Supervise team of Collection officers as per the requirement
* Timely update of payments at Head Office for smooth functioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
- 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
- Experience hiring and training individuals
