Collection Manager

We are hiring an experienced Collection Manager to lead and manage our collections operations in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for setting up the office, handling a team of 50–100 employees, and ensuring achievement of collection targets.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end collections operations.
* Recruit, train, and lead the collections team.
* Drive recovery targets and team performance.
* Monitor reports, MIS, and daily operations.
* Implement effective collection and customer-handling strategies.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in collections/recovery.
* Strong team handling and leadership skills.
* Telecalling collections experience preferred.
* Fluent in Bengali and familiar with West Bengal regional languages.
* Target-oriented with good communication skills.
