We are hiring Collection Manager for TW write off Vertical.

Requirements:
ā¢ Experience in two wheeler collection / finance / NBFC with minimum 3+ years preferred
ā¢ Good communication skills
ā¢ Local area knowledge required
ā¢ Knowledge Ms office, Ms suit is mandatory
ā¢ Knowledge of legal and repo .
š¼ Job Role:
ā¢Responsible for Write-off recovery in Two Wheeler portfolio.
ā¢Managing a Team of Collection Executives and agencies.
ā¢Ensure adequate manpower and agencies for portfolio coverage meeting company norms.
ā¢Ensure Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
ā¢Specific focus on Non-starters and visiting delinquent cases Co-ordination with the Sales, Credit underwriting, RCU team for portfolio quality management.
ā¢Recommend legal actions for critical cases.
ā¢Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.
