Role Description
The Collections Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fatehabad. The role involves managing the collections process, strategizing to achieve collection targets, overseeing and monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Collections Manager will build strong customer relationships, resolve payment issues, and ensure effective communication with other departments to support overall financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in debt recovery strategies, collection processes, and account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on findings
- Experience in managing and guiding teams to achieve defined targets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Proficiency in financial software tools and basic computer applications
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial collection practices
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is recommended
- Prior experience in financial services or collection management is an advantage
