Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Collections to lead our B2C unsecured loan collections. This role is responsible for driving strategies to reduce delinquency, enhance recovery, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement smart, data-driven collections strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecalling and digital collections agents.
- Analyze portfolio trends and create action plans for high-risk accounts.
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and customer-centric collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth issue resolution.
- Implement advanced tools and digital-first collection campaigns.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and present performance updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in B2C collections management; 5+ years in team leadership.
- Proven success in reducing delinquency and handling escalations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in collections software, CRM, and MS Office.
