Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our office in haridwar Uttrakhand, India. The Collections Manager will oversee the collections team, develop and enforce policies for timely payment recoveries, and analyze portfolio performance to minimize delinquency rates. Qualifications
- Proven experience in collection management, portfolio analysis, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in handling Regulatory Compliance, Credit Recovery Strategies, and Risk Assessment.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical expertise and familiarity with financial tools for performance analysis and forecasting.
- Prior experience in the fintech or lending sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
