Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Tirupati. As a Collections Manager, you will oversee debt recovery operations, including optimizing collection strategies and managing field collection teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and monitoring collection processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, analyzing data and reports to identify operational improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve recovery targets. You will also be tasked with fostering a motivated and results-driven team to enhance collection efficiency and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes, credit management, and collections principles.
- Experience in supervising field teams and ensuring operational alignment with organizational goals.
- Analytical skills to evaluate collection reports and identify trends for operational improvement.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in using data-driven tools, CRM systems, and reporting software to manage collections.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet goals and enhance overall efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field; MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, lending, or a related sector will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to collections is preferred.
