Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Tirupati. The Collections Manager will manage and oversee collection operations, ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, monitor and reduce delinquency rates, and create strategies to achieve collection targets. Responsibilities also include handling escalated cases, maintaining effective communication with customers, and providing regular reports on collection activities and performance to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in credit evaluation, risk assessment, and collection management
- Proficient in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial industry standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation to track and monitor collection efficiency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the financial services sector, particularly in vehicle finance or loans, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Willingness to work on-site in Tirupati
