Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Executive role based in Jaipur. The Collections Executive will follow up with customers on pending installments and overdue accounts through field visits and phone calls, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining positive relationships. The role includes reviewing customer accounts, verifying payment status, and updating records in line with company policies and compliance requirements. The Collections Executive will coordinate with branch and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, negotiate repayment plans when needed, and escalate high-risk cases appropriately. The position also involves explaining repayment terms to customers in simple language, providing clarity on account status, and supporting Ritwik Finance’s mission of responsible, respectful collections.
Qualifications
- Strong credit control and debt collection skills, with the ability to manage overdue accounts professionally.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse customers, preferably in local languages.
- Analytical skills and basic finance knowledge to assess repayment capacity and interpret account data.
- Experience in field collections, microfinance, or NBFC operations is beneficial.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in finance, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally for customer visits, and operate in rural and semi-urban environments.
- Comfort using mobile apps or basic computer systems for reporting and record-keeping.
- Integrity, reliability, and a customer-centric approach aligned with ethical and non-discriminatory collection practices.
