Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Motihari, Bihar. The Collection Executive will manage debt collection efforts, ensure repayment timelines are met, and maintain regular communication with clients. The individual will assess financial situations, analyze repayment capabilities, and address payment issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and maintaining accurate collection records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for assessing financial situations and solving payment issues
- Knowledge or experience in the Finance industry
- Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines in a professional and organized manner
- Experience of 6 months to 2 years in a relevant field
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
