Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Bengaluru East. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, contacting clients for timely collection of payments, and addressing any billing or payment-related inquiries. Additional tasks involve identifying overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms, preparing regular collection reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing billing systems, payment collection processes, and financial record keeping
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing client interactions effectively
- Knowledge of compliance processes related to finance and accounting standards
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve payment discrepancies and handle difficult client situations
- Proficient in using financial software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Highly detailed-oriented and organized; ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Prior experience in a collections or financial role is preferred
- Educational qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
