Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Team Leader based in Noida. The Collection Team Leader will oversee a team of professionals to manage debt collection processes, evaluate and improve collection strategies, ensure compliance with financial policies, and maintain a high level of customer service. Responsibilities will also include analyzing data to measure performance, providing training and guidance to the collection team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize recovery rates.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize collection processes
- Proficiency in debt collection practices and finance-related activities
- Excellent customer service skills to handle client and customer interactions effectively
- Team leadership abilities to manage, mentor, and motivate team members
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or education sector
- Proficiency in using collection management systems or financial software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
