Experience 4–8 Years
We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Collections with 4–8 years of experience in credit card collections, risk strategy, or operations analytics.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of credit card collections lifecycle & performance metrics
- Strong understanding of Portfolio monitoring and strategy analytics
- Advanced SQL skills for handling large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication & data visualization skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement collections strategies using data insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests
- Work with stakeholders to present actionable insights
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain project documentation
