Role Description The Collection Recovery role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on managing and improving debt recovery performance for assigned portfolios. Responsibilities include contacting customers via phone or other approved channels, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and payment commitments, following up on overdue accounts, and escalating complex cases as needed. Team members collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve customer concerns, support compliance standards, and contribute to overall collection targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to manage recovery targets effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle sensitive conversations and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance to interpret account information and explain repayment options clearly.
- Candidates should possess good negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills for handling difficult or high-risk accounts.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with collection or CRM software.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Noida, manage shift-based schedules if required, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related field and prior experience in collections or BPO environments are beneficial.
