Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Collection Officers and Assistant Branch Managers based in Tamil Nadu, India. Collection Officers will handle debt collection, communicate with customers regarding repayment, and ensure recoveries align with company standards. Assistant Branch Managers will oversee branch operations, manage financial services delivery, and support staff in achieving collection and service goals. Both roles involve building strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and making informed decisions
- Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain positive relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Tamil Nadu region are an advantage
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet goals efficiently
