Role Description
WeRize is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to oversee debt recovery operations and ensure timely collection of payments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing debt collection strategies, communicating effectively with customers, handling payment negotiations, and analyzing financial data to optimize recovery processes. The role also entails maintaining customer relationships and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
