Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Officer, based in Sonitpur. The Collection Officer will manage debt collection activities, including contacting clients to arrange payment of overdue accounts and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding debts. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, assessing and addressing customer queries, and providing consistent follow-up to ensure compliance with financial obligations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Collection and understanding of finance concepts
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing client accounts and outstanding balances
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using relevant software for debt collection tracking
- Background or education in finance, accounting, or a related field is an advantage
