Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer based in Prayagraj. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving payment issues efficiently. Additional tasks include analyzing repayment trends, evaluating customer financial information, and ensuring timely follow-up for outstanding dues. The role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders to minimize delinquencies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Debt Collection and related processes.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess repayment patterns and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for fostering strong customer relationships and addressing concerns.
- Understanding of Finance fundamentals and related processes.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages and regional knowledge would be advantageous.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a housing finance company or similar sector is a plus.
