Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Officer located in Sangli. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, analyzing financial situations, and communicating effectively with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies, and consistently achieving collection targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Debt Collection skills and a proven track record in managing overdue accounts
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess financial situations and make informed decisions
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions effectively
- Understanding of Finance principles and their application in debt recovery processes
- Ability to work independently and meet organizational goals
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to debt collection is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
