Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Haridwar. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process, formulating effective strategies to recover outstanding payments, ensuring compliance with established regulations and company policies, and achieving targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve collection efficiency and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure effective resolution of payment issues.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in debt collection processes, payment recovery, and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for creating and implementing effective collection strategies
- Proficiency in team management and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve collection targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure performance and suggest improvements
- Working experience in the banking, NBFC, or financial services domain is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
