Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Manager, based in Agra. The responsibilities include devising and executing collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, monitoring and reviewing delinquent accounts, and maintaining an effective communication channel with customers to address concerns. The role will also require leading and managing a team of collection agents, preparing performance reports, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes, collection strategies, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Team management and leadership abilities, including coaching and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and familiarity with collection-related software or tools
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in collections, financial services, or banking is an advantage
