About the RoleIndia On Track is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Management Resource to manage invoicing, collections, and customer follow-ups across both B2C and B2B segments. The role requires strong coordination skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, good financial acumen, and the ability to ensure timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management
- Generate, review, and share customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper invoice records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
- Track invoice status and ensure timely submission to customers.
2. Collection Management
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain an updated aging report of all receivables.
- Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Support cash flow planning through regular collection updates.
3. Customer Follow-ups
- Follow up with B2C customers for pending payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with B2B customers for payment schedules, reconciliations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to improve collection efficiency.
- Escalate critical payment delays or disputes to the Business Head and CFO when required.
4. Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve mismatches.
- Prepare regular MIS and collection reports for management review.
- Share periodic updates on collections, overdue accounts, and payment commitments.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to receivables.
5. Process Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal financial processes and documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.
- Recommend improvements in billing and collection processes for better efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Sports Management Professional or inclination to sports is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Will be communicating with parents and school stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and follow-through ability.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage escalations professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, receivables, or collection management is preferred
- Experience in handling both B2C and B2B collections preferred.

Compensation
INR 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
