📑 Skills Required:
• Strong experience in collections (secured/unsecured loans)
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Knowledge of BFSI / NBFC processes
• Collection strategies & recovery planning
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Portfolio management and delinquency control
• MIS reporting & data analysis
• Field collections and agency management
🖋 Eligibility:
• 8–10 years of experience in collections
• Minimum 4–5 years of team handling experience
• Experience in BFSI / NBFC sector is mandatory
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving approach
📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the collections team to achieve recovery targets
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies
• Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle escalations and critical recovery cases
• Manage and coordinate with collection agencies
• Track team performance and provide regular feedback
• Prepare MIS reports and present performance insights to management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement in collection processes
