If you're someone who loves chasing payments, fixing messy processes, and leading a team that actually gets things done — this one's for you.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead a team of 6–10 AR folks and help them hit their targets
• Own the numbers — reduce overdue balances, improve recovery, and keep DSO in check
• Jump in personally on tricky, high-value accounts that need senior attention
• Build smarter processes — ageing reviews, escalation flows, dashboards
• Work with Sales, Finance & Customer Success to resolve disputes before they repeat
What we're looking for:
• 3–5 years in AR / Collections (SaaS experience is a big plus)
• Have led or mentored a team before
• Comfortable picking up the phone and handling tough conversations
• Know your way around reconciliation, ageing buckets, and dispute resolution
• Bonus: experience with ERP or accounting tools
