Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Collections Executive in our Canada Operations. The primary responsibilities include managing credit control and debt collection processes for our Ontario-based clients. The role demands effective communication with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely debt recovery. An aptitude for analyzing financial data and crafting efficient collection strategies is essential to sustain business operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection to manage, resolve, and recover overdue payments efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data and recommend actionable collection strategies.
- Familiarity with Finance concepts to understand loan procedures and payment structures.
- Experience in working in a financial services-related field or collections is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive client data with confidentiality and professionalism.
