Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar for a Collection Executive. The responsibilities include managing debt collection activities, monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms with clients, and implementing credit control policies. The Collection Executive will also analyze financial data, prepare reports on outstanding payments, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical collection practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection, with a strong understanding of collection techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in Communication and Negotiation, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
