Role Description The Collection Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and other approved channels to remind, negotiate, and follow up on outstanding dues. The role includes maintaining accurate records of all interactions, updating account statuses, and preparing daily or weekly collection reports. The Collection Executive will coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes, verify account information, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves meeting collection targets, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and offering professional, respectful customer service at a
ll times.Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Sound knowledge of basic finance or collections processes, and comfort working with numbers and payment schedules.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Excel, databases, CRM tools) to manage accounts and reports.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to compliant, ethical collection practices.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, banking, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
