Role Description The Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, following up with customers through calls and emails, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. Daily tasks include monitoring account status, maintaining accurate collection records, negotiating payment plans when required, and coordinating with the finance team to reconcile balances. The role also involves analyzing payment trends, escalating high-risk cases, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines to support healthy cash flow and minimize bad debt.
Qualifications
- Strong credit control and debt collection skills, with experience managing overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Solid analytical skills to review account data, identify risks, and propose effective collection strategies.
- Foundational understanding of finance concepts related to billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
- Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial operations role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and other relevant software or CRM tools for tracking and reporting collections activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple cases, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Minimum educational background in commerce, finance, business administration, or an equivalent field is advantageous.
