Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Collection Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing credit control and debt collection processes, ensuring clients adhere to payment schedules, and conducting follow-ups on outstanding payments. The role requires handling financial records, resolving discrepancies, and communicating effectively with clients to achieve timely collections. This is an on-site position based in Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection practices
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for reviewing financial records and identifying discrepancies
- Basic knowledge of Finance and understanding of payment processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in collection services or finance-related roles is advantageous
- Fluency in local dialects or additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
