Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Collection Executive at CERF Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Collection Executive will manage debt collection efforts, analyze customer accounts, assess payment compliance, and maintain communication with clients to ensure timely debt recovery. Responsibilities include monitoring outstanding receivables, negotiating payment arrangements, and preparing detailed reports to support credit control operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection practices
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to maintain effective client relationships
- Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess financial data and payment trends
- Basic knowledge of Finance for understanding payment processes and financial compliance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with communication technology platforms or SaaS products is a plus
