Collection Executive

Job Description
- Responsible for handling collection targets for the assigned region through emails and calls
- Managing end-to-end collection processes including billing, invoicing, and payment collection
- Following up on outstanding client payments, sending reminders, letters, and notices, and handling escalations or disputes professionally
- Proficient in English and Hindi for effective communication
- Handling customer queries and issues over phone and email
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filtering, sorting, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Maintaining control over outstanding amounts by ensuring at least 90% monthly collection and reducing overall outstanding
- Managing and updating trackers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Coordinating with Support, Sales, Accounts, and Tech teams for smooth operations and accurate event updates on the portal
- Ensuring timely invoice submission, collecting PO numbers, and processing client invoices accurately
Major Duties
- Achieve collection targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Analyze weak areas in the assigned region, resolve issues, and recover overdue payments
