Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt recovery and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Daily tasks include interfacing with clients, facilitating repayment agreements, maintaining accurate records of collections, collaborating with the finance team, and analyzing payment patterns to reduce overdue accounts. Building effective communication with clients to resolve payment issues professionally is a crucial aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating payment patterns and recovery strategies
- Basic understanding of Finance to manage associated collections operations
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in the financial sector is advantageous
- Educational qualifications in Finance, Business, or relevant fields are preferred
