Job Description
We are looking for a Collections & Recovery Executive. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable interacting with customers to ensure timely recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to payment follow-ups
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers as per company policy
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, regulatory guidelines, and company processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets
Key Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections and recovery for experienced candidates
• Good understanding of collection processes and recovery strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
