We are looking for a dedicated
Collection Agent responsible for following up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The candidate will communicate with customers through calls and messages, maintain proper records of collections, and coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

- Contact customers to remind and follow up on pending payments
- Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment-related queries
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection status
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmations
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Qualifications: 🎓
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good organizational and time management skills.
