Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collection Agent based in Loni. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, effectively communicating with customers, and ensuring timely cash collection. The individual will be required to engage with customers to resolve outstanding account balances while maintaining a professional approach. The role encourages a combination of on-site work in Loni and remote work flexibility, depending on operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions effectively
- Understanding of Finance-related principles and practices
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage responsibilities independently
- Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve collection targets
