About the role
We're building the personal brand and media presence of an entrepreneur and investor with several businesses across digital marketing, AI and software. The content engine is live. Now we need someone to fill the calendar with things worth showing up for.
You'll find the right people and get them to say yes: podcast guests, brands, venues, hosts and partners. Then you'll make sure every collaboration actually happens. This is a figure-it-out role. If the founder could create value by being somewhere, meeting someone or hosting something, you make it happen.
What you'll do
- Podcasts: research, pitch and book guests for our podcast, and get the founder booked on other people's shows.
- Partnerships: do outbound to brands, hotels, venues and companies for sponsorships, co-hosted events, barter deals and promotions.
- Events: plan and deliver founder dinners, roundtables and trips, from the guest list and venue to vendors, budget and on-the-day running. You manage agencies and freelancers for the logistics.
- Speaking and appearances: find and secure conferences, panels and media opportunities.
- Inbound: sort the incoming requests and opportunities, decide which are worth the founder's time, and follow up on every one.
- Pipeline: keep a clean tracker of every conversation and report weekly on what's booked, what's in progress and what closed.
- On the ground: travel with the founder to the UAE and other locations to run events, meetings and shoots in person.
You'll fit if you
- Have 4+ years in partnerships, business development, PR, talent management, guest booking, influencer marketing or a founder's office role.
- Are great at cold outreach: you've regularly got replies and meetings from people who didn't know you.
- Have planned or produced events, dinners or brand activations end to end.
- Are comfortable in a room with senior founders, investors and executives.
- Write clear, persuasive English and follow up relentlessly.
- Manage budgets well and know how to get the best return on every spend, from negotiating with venues and vendors to structuring barter deals.
- Take a vague goal ("get us in front of the right fintech founders") and turn it into a plan and confirmed bookings, without being told how.
Nice to have
- An existing network in the US, UAE or India business, startup or media scene.
- Experience working with a creator, podcast or personal brand.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and outreach.

- One real outreach message you sent that got a reply, plus a line on why it worked.
