Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collaboration Manager, located in Ajmer. The Collaboration Manager will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including startups, investors, and government agencies, and create seamless coordination between these groups. Key responsibilities include developing collaborative partnerships, facilitating funding applications, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols, preparing and reviewing documents, and liaising with incubators and funding bodies. This role requires proactive problem-solving, managing timelines effectively, and providing strategic insights to enhance funding success.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and collaboration skills to connect with startups, investors, incubators, and other stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of government schemes, compliance processes, and financial documentation for funding applications.
- Project management skills, including effective time management, multitasking, and detail orientation.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities to craft tailored funding and growth strategies for startups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to facilitate partnership building and effectively represent the organization.
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems and prior experience in the funding, consulting, or entrepreneurial sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
