Job Title: Senior Support Account Manager/Technical Account Manager Location: 100% Remote Pay Range: $50/hr. - $60/hr. Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience in technical support or services delivery role. - 8+ years of client-facing sales or services experience with large enterprise, Fortune 500 companies. - Prior experience in delivering and/or supporting network security technology, working in security operations, technical support, and/or cloud security. Responsibilities: - Manage the customer support experience for our high-touch, personalized support service to large enterprise, strategic customers. - Lead in identifying and resolving technical issues that may be hindering the successful adoption.
