Job Title: Associate Talent Specialist. Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite only). Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift. You'll do: - Review the job description; - Source and screen candidates using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards; - Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates; - Schedule interviews with hiring managers; - Provide updates to candidates and hiring managers; - Assist with the offer process and onboarding.
