About the role

Colgate-Palmolive India is looking to add a talented Digital Art Director to our in-house Content Team. Someone who can communicate clearly and visually, for the conception, design and execution of Performance Marketing Campaigns, Commerce-based creatives campaigns, Influencer campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, Digital films, etc. Key Responsibilities: Key Focus Area: Commerce-based creatives campaigns and Performance Marketing Creatives for Platforms Spearhead the Art output requirements of the Colgate Content team for Performance Marketing, (Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.), Commerce marketplaces, (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Big Basket etc.) and website Create highly intuitive, beautifully crafted visual ideas across social, commerce, content & mobile apps Conceptualizing, ideating and creating campaign collaterals for the entire marketing funnel (Attention, Consideration, Purchase and Loyalty) Work across multiple Colgate-Palmolive portfolios - Oral Care, Personal Care Products etc. to produce rich visuals to win on digital platforms - social and commerce Work with Copywriters, Senior visualizers, product photographers, in-house and freelance studio partners and other Creative team members to ensure creative vision is achieved and brand expectations are met Organize, maintain and oversee creative standards and brand experience guidelines (Colgate BEX) Manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadline Set-up an agile creative development practice within the Colgate-Palmolive marketing team Must-have: 4-6 years of active agency experience in digital art direction and a fair grasp of the digital landscape A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Understanding of motion graphics and animation Collaborative attitude to partner different verticals (Marketing, Brand, Social Listening etc.) Understanding of the digital design elements of projects, inspire other creative workers, and keep projects on quality and timelines A keen eye for visual details and accuracy Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in to help others as needed Good-to-have: Experience of working on digital first brands: Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy etc. Demonstrated understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital trends Experience of working on Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Experience of working on Commerce marketplaces: (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra campaigns) High levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong sense of conviction in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them.
