What you'll do:
Take on a cross-functional growth role focusing on driving the bottom line for our DTC clients.
Execute and scale paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google (Youtube, Shopping, Display, Pmax), Tiktok, and Taboola, including AB testing, creative rotation, budget, and day-to-day optimizations ("fingers to keys" execution, including the chance to develop expertise in paid media buying, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as you and the company scale).
Lead various strategic marketing meetings, drive media and marketing strategy, and help the team and client make informed decisions about the full range of marketing investments.
Manage website/landing page strategy, source new landing pages for the brand, and customize shopper experiences to ad/creative strategies.
Learn to execute on new channels with minimal guidance using first-principles based problem-solving
Have basic understanding of product management
Eventually, supervise other team members and a range of external contractors.
Track and report KPIs in easy-to-read dashboards
Track and create paid media dashboards from the ground up,
Communicate clearly and effectively at all times, including articulating a high-level marketing vision & strategy, establishing and aligning on clear goals, and clarifying and tracking deliverables for all parties.
Develop an overall understanding of attribution windows and incrementality with TOF channels
Apply deep understanding of direct response marketing and emotional drivers when creating advertorials and whitelisting publications
Manage UGC content when required, including contacting our internal pipeline creator
The Growth Marketer will report to the CEO directly
In short, you'll be given bottom-line KPIs on a per-channel basis, and you'll determine the best way to beat them. You will have significant autonomy and responsibility.
