We're looking for a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to help with lead generation and email outreach for Beaztmotions.
This is a long-term role for someone who’s reliable and detail-oriented.
What you’ll be doing:
- Finding leads daily from:
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- Adding leads to a spreadsheet (name, profile, email, etc.)
- Sending 50 cold emails/day
- Managing 2 follow-ups:
- Day 3
- Day 6
- Updating lead status (contacted, follow-up, replied, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience with cold email outreach (preferred)
- Good English (written)
- Able to follow SOPs without cutting corners
Important:
- This role is about quality, not just volume
- You’ll be expected to follow instructions properly
Pay:
- ₹15,000/month base pay + ₹5,000 for each lead that converts
