Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling/Telecalling Executive in the finance industry, based in Delhi, India. The role involves reaching out to potential clients via calls, introducing them to SG Finance’s services, understanding their financial needs, and setting appointments for detailed consultations with financial advisors. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a database of prospects, following up on leads, resolving client inquiries, and achieving set performance targets while adhering to professional communication standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in making outbound calls and engaging effectively with clients
- Basic knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or investment products
- Ability to manage and update client databases and maintain accurate call records
- Skill in sales, lead generation, and client management, with a focus on meeting performance goals
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and handling objections professionally
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support in the finance sector is an advantage
